
Dr. Hoshman Ali Kareem obtained a Diploma in Islamic Sciences from the Kurdistan Islamic Institute in Sulaymaniyah in 2002, graduating with high distinction and honors, and securing the top position in his cohort. In 2004, he earned a Bachelor's degree from Imam Azam University, Nineveh Branch, with high distinction and honors. His academic excellence led him to rank first among all university departments across Iraq, including those in Baghdad, Basra, Anbar, and Mosul. For his exceptional achievements, he was honored with prestigious awards both inside and outside of Iraq. Driven by his passion for academic advancement, Dr. Hoshman Ali Kareem pursued postgraduate studies at the Iraqi University in Baghdad, where he was admitted to the College of Uslu al-Din. He earned a Master's degree in 2008, graduating with a very high grade. In 2014, he achieved another milestone by completing his Ph.D. in Islamic Sciences from the Iraqi University in Baghdad, where he ranked first in the scientific competency exam, cementing his expertise in the field. Currently, Dr. Hoshman Ali Kareem serves as the Head of the Law Department at Garmian University, a position he has held since 2020. Additionally, he has actively contributed to the academic community by participating in various conferences as a member of both the scientific and preparatory committees.
