Pursuant to its institutional objective of expanding collaborative academic networks and executing bilateral agreements, Prof. Dr. Aras Fariq Zainal, President of the University of Garmian, hosted an executive delegation led by Ms. Tanya Gilly Khailany, Vice President of the SEED Foundation. The meeting, convened in the presence of the university’s vice presidents, aimed to establish operational parameters for implementing the directives stipulated within the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) ratified between the two entities, specifically targeting the optimization of socioeconomic and psychosocial support structures within the Garmian territory.

During the proceedings, Dr. Zainal affirmed the university’s institutional readiness to extend comprehensive logistical and academic resources to facilitate the foundation's community interventions both inside the campus and at the broader regional level. In response, Ms. Tanya acknowledged the university's sustained cooperation, emphasizing strategic priorities centered on elevating the operational capacity of the University of Garmian’s Psychological and Social Counseling Center through joint professional training regimens and integrated academic initiatives. This diplomatic engagement builds upon the foundational institutional framework established in June 2025 during an official summit led by SEED Foundation President Ms. Sherri Kraham Talabany, which originally formalized the inter-institutional partnership.
