Directorate of Higher Education and Scientific Affairs This directorate is administratively affiliated to the Office of the Vice Rector for Scientific Affairs and Higher Education.

Functions of the Directorate of Higher Education:

· - Annual plan of higher education (Higher Diploma, Master, Doctorate) in our university for domestic and foreign countries.

· Announcing and supervising the opening of higher education in our university.

· Disseminate necessary guidelines on how to apply for higher education.

· Supervising the scientific proficiency examination of applicants during the opening of higher education in our university in coordination with the relevant colleges.

· Announcement of the results of admission to higher education in our university by university decree, after approval by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

· Issuing university orders for admission of higher education students in our university.

· Issuing university orders for awarding degrees (Higher Diploma, Master, Doctorate) for students who successfully complete higher education in our university.

· Awarding scientific titles (Assistant Professor, Teacher).

· Monitoring the progress of higher education students (Higher Diploma, Master, Doctorate).

· Organizing scientific proficiency examination seminars to equalize the certificates of the cases submitted by our ministry to our university.

· Updating the monthly and seasonal activity reports of our department with data and information to the Vice Rector for Scientific Affairs and Higher Education. 

· Verification of certificates and their authenticity.

· Preparing seasonal and annual statistics of higher education students admitted to our university with complete information, as well as separating the list of names of higher education students studying in parallel at our university.

· Any other duties of scientific and higher education affairs assigned to this department by the rector or vice rector for scientific and higher education affairs.

· Provide support to higher education students for the country.

According to the approved university structure, this department belongs to the Vice-Chancellor for Scientific Affairs and Higher Education
