The Department of Sports and Artistic Activities at the University of Garmian concluded a futsal tournament open to students from all colleges, with the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences emerging as the champion.

On Thursday, February 27, 2025, the final match took place in the presence of Professor Dr. Aras F. Zainal, President of the University of Garmian, and Professor Dr. Komar N. Shawkat, Dean of the College of Basic Education.

In the end, the students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences secured victory over the students of the College of Basic Education, claiming the tournament title.

Following the match, awards were distributed to the referees and players from both teams.
