The University of Garmian, a key partner in the MOVE Project (Erasmus+), is seeking a qualified External Evaluator to lead monitoring and quality assurance for Work Package 1 (WP1).

Objective & Scope

The evaluator will provide an impartial assessment of project management, implementation, and institutional impact across participating universities, specifically focusing on partner institutions in the Kurdistan Region and Yemen.

Mandatory Requirement

• Consortium Independence: Applicants must be strictly external. Candidates affiliated with any partner university or institution within the current project consortium are ineligible to ensure objective, third-party evaluation.
