The Department of Physics, College of Education, University of Garmian, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Color Science and Technology (ICST), Iran. The agreement was formalized in coordination with the Directorate of International Academic Relations of the University of Garmian.

Under the terms of the MoU, the two institutions will collaborate on a range of academic and scientific activities. These include joint research projects, seminars, conferences, and symposiums; the exchange of teaching and research staff; as well as the sharing of academic resources, materials, and publications in areas of mutual interest.

The memorandum was signed by Professor Saeed Bastani, Director of ICST, and Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Ibrahim, Head of the Department of Physics, University of Garmian.

The Institute of Color Science and Technology (ICST), founded in 1997, maintains academic cooperation with a number of scientific and higher education centers and is recognized for its specialized contributions to research and innovation in the field of color science.
