On Monday, February 10, 2025, the University of Garmian hosted a scientific workshop titled "24 Steps to Entrepreneurship Effectiveness"in Sherwana Hall, University Campus. The session was led by Assistant Professor Biaban Nwri and Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Talib, both entrepreneurship trainers at the university of Garmian.

The workshop introduced students to key steps for building successful entrepreneurial ventures, based on models used by Entrepreneurship Centers at American universities. It is part of an ongoing series under the Entrepreneurship Center Project by IREX and MIT, aimed at equipping students with the knowledge and skills to develop their own business ideas and launch startups.
