As part of its strategic commitment to enhancing student professional development and fostering international academic networks, three students from the University of Garmian have successfully completed the Youth2Youth (Y2Y) Investing Program.
Program Overview and Global Collaboration
The initiative was organized by the international organization United Planet, in coordination with the Peace and Freedom Organization (PFO) and university Career Development Centers (CDC). The program spanned eight weeks in a virtual format, providing a collaborative platform for University of Garmian students to engage with their peers from the United States, Syria, and Iraq.

Throughout the intensive eight-week curriculum, participants focused on several key areas of modern leadership and communal growth:
Social Entrepreneurship: Developing sustainable business models designed to address specific social challenges.
Positive Community Change: Identifying and implementing innovative strategies to drive meaningful progress within their local societies.
Cultural Exchange: Engaging in cross-border dialogue to leverage the diverse experiences and perspectives of international youth.
