On January 21, 2026, the Social and Psychological Counseling Center at the University of Garmian held a scientific workshop titled "Mitigating Stress, Fear, and Examination Anxiety among University Students."
Attended by President Prof. Dr. Aras Fariq Zainal, the workshop featured three key academic sessions:
Asst. Prof. Dr. Karim Ahmed Aziz analyzed the psychological triggers of fear and recovery mechanisms.
Left. Aram Ahmed Ali provided strategic frameworks for stress management and exam preparation.
Asst. Lect. Yusra Yusuf addressed the long-term impact of academic pressure on student mental health.
