On February 18 and 19, 2025, the Second Workforce Development Forum was held at Soran University with the participation of the Director of the Career Development Center at the University of Garmian.

Assistant Lecturer Chnur Mahmud Fatah, Director of the Career Development Center, participated as a panelist in a discussion titled “CDCs' and Entrepreneurship Centers' Plans for Promoting an Entrepreneurial Mindset Among Students and Entrepreneurs.”

The primary objective of the Second Workforce Development Forum was to emphasize the importance of fostering an entrepreneurial mindset to drive economic growth, promote innovation, reduce unemployment, and contribute to economic diversification.
