The Language Centre is dedicated to language development, especially English, Arabic and Persian. For this purpose, it opens language courses. The Language Center offers language courses, especially English, to participants such as government employees, Kurdistan Region university graduates, university teachers and private sector employees who wish to improve their English language skills, as part of a ministerial decree directly administered by the Office of Research and Development. The aim of the courses is to develop the language and communication skills of the participants in a practical manner according to their level. Based on the approved administrative hierarchy of our university, it belongs to the Vice President for Scientific Affairs and Higher Education.

 Aim: To enhance the practical communication skills of participants, including government staff, university graduates, and private sector employees, based on their specific proficiency levels.

Mission: To provide high-quality educational and complementary language courses that meet the professional needs of the Kurdistan Region’s workforce.

 Vision: To serve as a professional hub for linguistic advancement, led by a specialized team of academic staff and researchers.
