Garmian University hosted its third international scientific conference on information technology, in collaboration with the German Cooperation Organization.
The event was held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the university's campus.
In contrast to the previous two conferences, which were held online, this year's conference was the first to be conducted in person, attracting a significant number of faculty and students from both public and private universities and institutes in the region.
Professor Dr Aras F. Zainal, the president of Garmian University, delivered a speech expressing his pleasure over the university's significant role in organizing this key scientific event within the vital domain of artificial intelligence.
The conference featured delegates and experts from nine countries and was a collaborative work between five local and eleven international universities.
