Directorates of President’s Office and Legal Affairs & General Contracts at the Presidency Open a Course for the University Staff entitled “Staff Capacity Building”. The purpose of the course is to enhance the capacity of the univervisuty staff in the daily administrative works of the university.\r\n

Objectives of the Course:

\r\nThe main objectives of the course are:\r\n

\r\n
• Familiarizing the university staff with the essential and most-commonly used Civil Law such as (Law of Civil Dossier, Law of University Dossier, Article number 10 of Law of 2008 by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Researches,  as well as Guidance (Job Descriptions).
\r\n
• In addition to that, familiarizing them with how to address official letters and reply to them (for effective fulfilment of the daily university works).
\r\n
• Also, to increase the number of the key and active university staff.
\r\n

• Announcing the Course (February 20^th, 2022) through the university website.
\r\n
• Duration of the course: the course will be conducted in one week-time and 5 hours per day (25 hours in total)
\r\n
• The course will begin on Sunday (27^th March , 2022) and will end on Thursday (March 31^st, 2022)
\r\n
• The course will start at 09:00 AM each day and end at 02:00 PM including two break-times.
\r\n
• Venue: the course will be conducted in the language center hall at the presidency of University of Garmian.
