Hemin Mohammed Abdullah earned a bachelor's degree in Media (Television) from Sulaimani University, College of Humanities, in 2010. He subsequently obtained a master's degree in Public Relations and Diplomacy in 2021. Since 2022, He has been a member of the academic staff in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Garmian. In addition to this role, he has served as the coordinator of the Department of Computer Science since November 19, 2023. He has also managed the College of Science's website at the University of Garmian since June 2022, and he has been the editor of the website and social media for the Presidency of Garmian University since 2012. He has actively participated in scientific conferences, serving as a media officer on the organizing committees for several events, including the Scientific Conference on the Management of Drought and Water Scarcity at Garmian University (March 27-28, 2022), the 9th Scientific Conference, and the 11th Scientific Conference on Practical Sciences (October 26-27, 2022). He has also been a team member on the media committee for many conferences at the University of Garmian from 2013 to 2018, contributing to the dissemination of knowledge and research in his field.
