I was born in 1964 and studied primary school in my home village (Mahmood Qajar) in Dyala province/ Iraq. Studied and finished intermediate and preparatory stages in Kalar/Soleimani province/Iraq. I was accepted in the English Department/ College of Arts/ University of Baghdad in 1984 and graduated from it as one of the ten top students in 1988. I got my Master’s degree from Salahuddin University/ Kurdistan Region/ Iraq in 2005 and Ph.D. from Soleimani University/ Kurdistan Region/ Iraq in 2012. I have so far written about thirty academic articles and published them in the regional and international journals, and also participated in about twenty professional and academic conferences inside and outside Kurdistan and Iraq. I also supervised and discussed more than twenty theses and dissertations in different universities in Kurdistan and Iraq. In addition to more than thirty academic workshops in the universities of Kurdistan, I participated actively in twenty-two professional workshops by international organizations like the British Trade Unions and the American Federation of Teachers (AFT). I also have written and published so far three books and new unpublished books are waiting to be born.
